Project 1

      The purpose of this project was to explore the concepts of forms. The forms were shown using sugar cubes to build the primary forms of pyramids, cylinders, and cubes. The concepts used in this project are clarity of form, additive and subtractive forms, mass and void, and interaction of forms. They were arranged to demonstrate various relationships, including spatial tension, edge-to-edge contact, face-to-face contact, and interlocking forms.
